Our newsletter is published three times a year, providing the latest developments in each case on Public Justice's wide-ranging public interest litigation docket. This includes coverage of our special litigation projects on environmental enforcement (such as our ongoing battle against mountaintop mining, and our use of citizen enforcement suits under the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act); fighting unnecessary court secrecy; fighting federal preemption of injury victims' claims; fighting mandatory arbitration abuse; and preventing class action abuse.
